“Eyes Be Closed” is the opening track of, and the first song we heard from, Ernest Greene’s debut album as Washed Out Within and Without. By now then, you’d expect that we’d be tired of it, but during these long summer days the Washed Out album seems like the perfect soundtrack, especially the standout songs like this one. Now that it has a video courtesy of director Timothey Saccenti (who has previously worked with Animal Collective, Flying Lotus and Battles, amongst others) we have another way to enjoy it.
