It may be true that The Rosebuds are one of the more local bands to their label, Merge, hailing from Raleigh, just down the road from Merge’s base Durham in North Carolina, but this is not the only reason that Merge puts out their music. The main reason is because they’re really quite great.
Their fifth album Loud Planes Fly Low will be released on June 7th.
