STRFKR held their very own remix competition this month past for the lead track from their latest album, Miracle Mile. “While I’m Alive” was turned upside down and inside out by more than plenty of people, but after much consideration from the band, the Honest Remix won the grand prize ($500, a signed CD & LP of Miracle Mile, and a Miracle Mile T-shirt). The remix turns the original into a mellow affair, with light jungle flourishes. Listen and/or download the track below below, and also take in the Unomas Remix too, which came in second place.
