Bending twangy guitar riffs around a shifting rustic palette, Minesapolis-based Night Moves evoke the effortless ruralism of artists such as Devendra Banhart and Vetiver, while still creating music that sounds organic and wholly their own. Their new album Colored Emotions comes out on October 9th from Domino Records. Shortly thereafter, the band will be teaming up with Los Angeles’ own Lord Huron to cover a good chunk of the US in support of their album. Hear the first track from Colored Emotions below.
