It’s been a long time since Fanfarlo’s second album, Rooms Filled With Light, was announced, and yet we still haven’t reached the release date (28th of this month). Back after it was first announced we heard two songs from it in quick succession, “Replicate” and “Deconstruction,” both of which showed us a pretty big change in style for the band. Now with only a few weeks left to wait, Fanfarlo have put out “Vostok, I Know You Are Waiting,” a somber piano ballad that is a little more similar to their material from Reservoir, but at the same time still shows the new found maturity that the other songs we’ve heard also possessed.
