Green Man Festival in Wales has added a host of new names to the lineup, while revealing which days and stages the likes of BPM faves Big Thief, Model/Actriz and Wednesday will be playing.
The new names include electronic music collective Kokoko!, rising Vermont-based musician Lutalo, legendary Birmingham punk group The Nightingales, and Sam Morton, the collaborative project of Oscar-nominated actor, director and writer Samantha Morton and revered producer, songwriter and XL Recordings founder Richard Russell.
Also added to the line-up are HotWax, O., Harriet Jaxxon, Liz Lawrence, Michael Head, Sam Grassie, Plantoid, Ellie O’Neill, Toni Sancho, and the Talking Heads tribute Byrne’s Night.
They join headliners Jon Hopkins, Big Thief, Sampha and Sleaford Mods, while other notable names on the stacked lineup are he Jesus and Mary Chain, Black Country, New Road, Arlo Parks, Devendra Banhart, Moonchild Sanelly, SHERELLE, Blonde Redhead, This Is The Kit, Blondshell, Bar Italia and Lambrini Girls.
Green Man takes place on the weekend of August 15 to 18 in Wales’ Bannau Brycheiniog National Park. It is officially sold out though some tickets may become available through the official resale platform, Fanticks.
