Massachusetts sleeze pop group, Dom, are set to release a followup EP to their gleefully gaudy 2010 debut Sun Bronzed Greek Gods, titled Family of Love.
In properly unpredictable Dom fashion, the group is name checking Daft Punk and Mariah Carey as reference points for the 5-track release, which will be produced in studio by Nicolas Vernhes (Animal Collective, Deerhunter). Family of Love will be released August 19th on Astralwerks. According to a press release (via Pitchfork) you should expect a “dial tone solo,” whatever that means, as well as other weirdness. Scope the tracklist below and Dom’s summer tour dates here.
1. Telephone
2. Family of Love
3. Damn
4. Happy Birthday
