Hot off the release of last November’s WAKEN, Japanese dream pop artist Cuushe is set to return with the official remixes for the album, titled, naturally, WAKEN Remixes.
Featuring an eclectic and at times surprising list of collaborators, the project is full of promise. To kick things off, Cuushe has shared a reworking of “Hold Half” from none other than current electronic darling Yu Su (whose debut album Yellow River Blue we love). It’s quite an exciting meeting of the minds, and a tantalizing taste of what’s to come.
