Nearly a full two years after 2010’s widely acclaimed Before Today, Ariel Pink’s Haunted Graffiti has announced Mature Themes. Pink said in an interview with Spin that the record is the record he “wanted to make back when [he] made Before Today, but couldn’t due to pressures and different factors. [They] had time to let our hair down and try new things.” Given how outstanding Before Today was and the strength of the lead single “Baby” (a Donnie and Joe Emerson cover), we’re definitely looking forward to this new record.
