Apparently there was this thing called the “US Election” and “some guy” won it, but none of that really matters because Sufjan released a new song! Okay, so yeah, it’s a version of “The Star-Spangled Banner,” which seems to have been released primarily because of the election, but still, it’s great to have a properly recorded version (live versions of Sufjan performing it have been circling around for some time).
