Well, like how you are not supposed to judge a book by its cover, you also shouldn’t judge an album by a 30-second clip. But, a full song? While it may not be fair to assume too much about Lulu by listening to “The View,” this is the song that Lou Reed and Metallica have decided to represent their upcoming album, due on November 1st. And, it very much sounds like Metallica backing-up present-day Lou Reed. Take that for what you will.
