If you thought “Answer,” the dancefloor-ready lead track from Chris Taylor of Grizzly Bear’s new project CANT, was quite different to what you were expecting then prepare to be surprised again. “Believe” doesn’t possess the dancey-thump of “Answer,” but it tones up the electronics, sliding several different textures and sounds together and making a soulful slow-burner that has plenty to be explored. It seem that CANT’s album Dreams Come True (out September 13th on Taylor’s Terrible Records) is going to be a hard one to entirely wrap your head around, but that could be a good thing.
