Edward Droste’s Twitter is pretty awesome, that’s for sure. According to it, Grizzly Bear have completed the recording of the follow-up to 2006’s Yellow House and are now in the mixing stages. Gareth Jones, who has worked on albums by Liars and Interpol (amongst others) has flown in from London to mix the album.
Expect an album announcement very soon. In the mean time, here’s our favorite new song of theirs entitled “Two Weeks” being played live on the David Letterman show back in July.
