The new cutest couple in music, Tennis, will be releasing their first studio album on January 18th via Fat Possum. The newly signed duo have already released about half of the album’s tracks in various forms since this summer, but it will be great to hear how refined their sound becomes with a full studio budget. Tennis’ undeniable pop sensibility and innocently fun personality will make for a welcome break during the monotonous winter months.

Tennis also stopped by the fabulous Daytrotter studios to record a few tracks, one of which being the adorable and delightful “Cape Dory.” If you lived under a rock all summer and haven’t heard Tennis yet, “Cape Dory” is a perfect introduction to the band’s simple, yet addictive sound.
