On the bands myspace page, Yeah Yeah Yeahs posted a bulletin revealing the name of their new album. The band chose a rather interesting way to reveal the album title, as the bulletin contained a picture that of a bleeding raccoon and chicks in a bowl of pop corn. The name of the new album is It’s Blitz. The album is still in production, but is set to be released in early 2009. You can see the picture posted in the bulletin after the jump:
