British duo Massive Attack have not toured North America in a while–not since 2006, in fact. Four years later, they’ve announced a brief visit to North America during the month of May to support their fifth album, Heligoland. They will supposedly wrap up at the Sasquatch Festival–unless they plan to extend their tour ten days or so, add a few more cities, and make a stop at Bonnaroo. Wishful thinking!
Martina Topley-Bird will serve as the opening act. Considering she provides vocals on the track “Babel” for the new album, perhaps she will join the group onstage.
