Not letting last year’s Gloss Drop be easily forgotten, Battles will put out a four-part 12″ series this year, appropriately title Dross Glop. The initial press release does not reveal much about the project, besides the first installment, Dross Glop 1, which will offer a Gui Boratto remix of “Wall Street” and The Field’s take on “Sweetie & Shag.” Below you can stream both of these remixes.
If you are interested in subscribing to the vinyl series, you can do so here at Bleep.com. We’ll keep you posted when details of the other three releases are known.
