Bat For Lashes’ latest album, The Haunted Man, has been showing up on plenty of end of year lists – and rightfully so. As another notable year for Natasha Khan draws to a close, she’s released a new video for The Haunted Man track “A Wall.” In the clip she flails about with a lover at a house party, which can’t help but give off the impression that she’d not the first person you’d want to invite to your New Years Eve celebrations. Plugging away since 1999, The National finally hit mainstream success with the release of their 2010 album High Violet. Of course, this entailed their first world tour, but in the new documentary Mistaken For Strangers, it’s only the backdrop for the relationship between lead singer Matt Berninger and his younger brother Tom, who had no idea that these short videos he was shooting would turn into a public document of their troubled, if still loving brotherhood.
