Coldplay have been uncharacteristically quiet of late. Since they finished their world tour of Viva La Vida we’ve heard barely a peep from them. Well, after Steve Jobs finished his keynote speech today he introduced Chris Martin who performed a short set of Coldplay songs, including this new one called “Wedding Bells.”
In the time honoured tradition of Coldplay love songs it’s a piano ballad with Martin professing how he’ll always love the unnamed recipient of this song. Check it out below, even if it’s just for the Coldplay x Apple jokes he cracks at the start.
At the keynote speech Jobs unvelied the new ipod nano touch, and more interestingly a new social network/music logging system called Ping that is built into the new iTunes 10. Check out more details about Ping on Gizmodo.
