Earlier this month Light Organ Records released The Shilohs’ debut album So Wild, and before that we here at Beats Per Minute had the pleasure of co-premièring their joyful track “Get Ready Now.” What we have now is a lovely, charming video for another album cut called “The Place Where Nobody Knows I Go,” which finds a girl escaping the mundane life around her to play in arcades, go for drives, and steal sunglasses off of art pieces. It matches the track’s delightful and nimble guitar riffs, and should you be feeling melancholic on this day of artificial and consumerist romanticism (or just because you watch the video for “The Bed Song“), then let this clip shake off that feeling.
