St. Vincent knows her history, as she payed tribute to Elvis Costello’s famous mid-song switch up from Saturday Night Live in the beginning of her performance on Conan. And, while it actually would have been cool to hear her play “Radio Radio,” it was just a cool to see her knock out a passionate take on Strange Mercy‘s “Cheerleader.” Maybe she was supposed to play “Cruel?”
