In the video for The Strokes’ new single “Taken For A Fool” we see the five New Yorkers standing in a rough circle, duplicated two or three times, and wandering around rather aimlessly playing the song. Around them in the background is, well, nothing really. It’s almost as if they forgot to render a background. Anyway, despite the video’s shortcomings, this is still one of the catchiest songs of the year.
