The Drums are a bunch of fresh-faced, sunny lads from Florida and NYC who play surfy, new wave music. 2009’s Summertime! EP is set to be a perfect launching pad for the band who, reputedly, have a debut LP lined up for next year. To whet your appetite, here’s a slightly odd video for the sighing, lovelorn new single “I Felt Stupid”. All in black and white, it juxtaposes shots of band members engaged in various athletic pursuits with footage of the band playing the song – and one member in particular spinning around like lunatic with a tambourine.
