“No One Is (As I Are Be)” is a slightly Velvet Underground-flavoured standout from Stephen Malkmus and the Jicks’ new album Mirror Traffic, which is out next week on Matador (stream it in full for free here). The video’s first half is centred around Malkmus’ face in weirdly-lit rooms and random projections over it. The second half shows a bunch of young kids playing (some of whom are Malkmus’ own children). Watch the video below.
