If there’s one feeling I constantly get from listening to Parts & Labor it’s “yeah, this is great, but it’d be even better live!” Well the video for Constant Future highlight “Echo Chamber” is a live performance video, but no ordinary live performance video.
It takes place inside a random room in a random house, and is filmed in stop motion. As the song progresses a shed mysteriously appears and just as quickly disappears as they play, but as the song progresses the shed get more developed. It must have been a pain in the ass to film, but is a testament to what can be done on a low budget with a little patience and a simple but interesting idea.
