A video as creepy as the one for Mark Lanegan Band’s “The Gravedigger’s Song” would be much more appropriate were we approaching Halloween rather than Valentine’s Day, but when you’ve got a song as monstrous and creepy as this, well, you’re not exactly going to turn it into a four minute rom-com I suppose. The video, directed by Alistair Lagrand, all takes place within a rickety old house, and while it doesn’t show anything explicit, the mere images and display and the way they are captured gives the whole thing an air of the supernatural.
