The Gorillaz “backing band” made an appearance on the Colbert Report last night. Watch animator Jamie Hewlett and frontman Damon Albarn get interviewed by “Steve Colbert” first, and then watch the second video below, which includes a performance of “Stylo.” Mick Jones and Paul Simonon of The Clash join Albarn onstage, as well as Bobby Womack. Mos Def did not make an appearance.
