Yeah, that is about all the information we have. But, according to a statement from the band on their website, “The Knife is now recording a new album to be released in 2012.” This of course would be the proper follow-up to 2006’s Silent Shout (not counting last year’s collaboration Tomorrow, In A Year), which is pretty much considered a classic by most everyone. Lead lady Karin Dreijer Andersson also has seen success as a solo act, under the name Fever Ray. More information will be posted as it becomes available.
