San Francisco acoustic rock duo (formerly trio) Dodos have announced the release of their fourth LP entitled No Color. The album will be the follow up to 2009’s Time To Die.
Dodos seem to be returning to their earlier style, firstly cutting back to just the core two members Meric Long and Logan Kroeber and re-enlisting producer John Askew who produced their first two records. This is exciting news considering their second album Visiter in particular is an extremely interesting and catchy album.
Even more exciting is that they have enlisted none other than Neko Case to sing on several songs from the album.
The album is due for release on March 14th through Frenchkiss and the day before worldwide through Wichita.
Pitchfork also have a little video about the making of No Color which you can watch below.
