The Decemberists are sure making the most out of their vacation, with already an EP under their belt, and, now, a double cd/3xLP live album set to come out on March 13th. The collection is titled We All Raise Our Voices to the Air (Live Songs 04.11-08.11) and will see it’s release on Capitol Records.
Below is the tracklisting for the affair, which goes a little above and beyond what you would get at a typical Decemberists concert. It includes some live staples (“The Infanta,” “The Rake’s Song”), some rarities (“Leslie Ann Levine,” “Grace Cathedral Hill”) and some recent songs from last year’s The King Is Dead (“June Hymn” “This Is Why We Fight”). Also, hats off to the band for including all three parts of “The Crane Wife” as one song, and for throwing in “Dracula’s Daughter.” Should be a good listen.
