It’s been three years since The Cool Kids dropped The Bake Sale and landed on the radar for most people (some people may have been following them since their mixtape days a few years prior). The Bake Sale was considered more of a mini album than a fully fledged LP, and we’ve been waiting for years for the Chicagoan duo to give us a full taste of their talents.
On July 12th The Cool Kids will release the strangely-titled When Fish Ride Bicycles exclusively through iTunes. The label putting it out is Mountain Dew’s Green Label Sound. Production comes from Chuck Inglish (one of the duo) as well as big names Pharrell Williams and Travis Barker. The guest appaearances also sport a strong roster including Ghostface Killah, Bun B, Mayer Hawthorne and Asher Roth.
