Denver husband and wife duo Tennis only released their debut album Cape Dory this year, but they have revealed that they’re already planning to release the follow up in February. I guess that’s the advantage of being a married couple in a band; you’re together all the time so you can always record!
The news comes via an update on their website which reveals that the album will be released on Fat Possum like their debut. No news on what the album will be called, but UPDATE: The album is called Young and Old and comes out on February 14th. It was recorded with The Black Keys’ Patrick Carney in Nashville.
The first single will be a double a-side 7″ of “Origins” and “Deep In The Woods.” The single will be released on December 6th and you can pre-order it from here right now.
