The King of Limbs, Radiohead’s seventh and newest album, was released in February. We’re sure you know this. Since then they have only played one public live show; a surprise slot at Glastonbury. You probably know this too. If you’re reading this post then you, like us, are probably wondering if and when Radiohead are going to tour properly.
Well, judging from this tweet by Jay Electronica, which reads “ps dear England, i have a show with Radiohead in Manchester next month. stop by. it will be amazing” it could be much sooner than we think.
So is this the first indication that Radiohead are about to announce a tour (of the UK at least) all of a sudden? Or could he possibly mean that he’s got some kind of art installation/show that he’s made in collaboration with the Radiohead guys? Hopefully we’ll find out soon enough. To get an idea of what the songs from The King of Limbs sound like in their live form then why not watch Radiohead’s recent From The Basement performance?
On a tangent, Jay Electronica also tweeted “pps,Watch The Throne is the best album i’ve heard in a while. And im not just cheerleading. Never have. Never Will.”
