Prefuse 73 (a.k.a. Guillermo Scott Herren) has shifted a lot of his attention to touring lately. He took his special brand of glitch-hop to small clubs in 2009, and now he is hitting the road again in early 2010. This time, he is taking his friends and collaborators along for the ride. Guest number one will be The Gaslamp Killer, who was credited as a contributor on Prefuse 73’s latest album, Everything She Touched Turned Ampexian. He was also responsible for the killer mixtape (pun intended), A Decade of Flying Lotus. Even GLK himself has been busy touring, having recently returned from his European and Asian tours.
For this tour, GLK and Prefuse will also be joined by VOICEsVOICEs, Prefuse 73 proteges whose album he has produced and readied for release on January 26 with Manimal Vinyl Records.
