Odd Future to have their own Jackass-style show on Adult Swim

Odd Future are having one hell of a year. From the first official releases of their albums, to sold out worldwide tours, to starting their own label, to Frank Ocean’s guest spots on Watch The Throne, to Tyler, The Creator’s VMA wins it seems the world is theirs. Now they’re taking another step by creating their own TV show for Adult Swim.

The show is called Loiter Squad and is a live action show delivered in 15-minute packages. The show will feature “sketches, man on the street segments, pranks and music from Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All.” Those unsure about this venture may be eased to hear that it is being produced by Dickhouse, the company set up by Johnny Knoxville, Spike Jonze and Jeff Tremains, who have worked on several of these styles of shows including Jackass, Wildboyz and Rob Dyrdek’s Fantasy Factory.

It has yet to be announced when Loiter Squad will air exactly, or if it has even been filmed yet, but you can expect it to hit your screen at some point in 2012.
