Here’s the deal, Oasis played the Virgin Festival this past weekend. During a performance “Morning Glory,” some guy ran out from behind the stage and decked Noel before he was nearly instantaneously jumped by security. After breaking for about 20 minutes they finished off the set. Supposedly Noel later went to the hospital with a suspected broken rib. Turns out he fell on the monitor speaker with his guitar.
Hopefully this wasn’t planned by Jay-Z. And personally, I would have thrown him into the crowd and let the fans deal with him and continue playing the set.
