Well, file this under news that you will either shit yourself with excitement for or judge us harshly for posting, but it appears that Madonna has hit the recording studio. This news comes courtesy of her manager Guy Oseary’s Twitter which reads: “It’s official.. Madonna’s 1st day in the recording studio for the new album.”
Rolling Stone is rumoring that this new collection, Madonna’s twelfth, could come out by the end of the year and may feature contributions from DJs A-Trak and David Guetta. This would be her first album since 2008’s Hard Candy, so this more electronic possibility would be just another in a long history of Madonna reinventions. More on this story as it develops.
