One of the coolest aspects of watching the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame ceremony is seeing the speeches given to induct the recipients. Often times the inductors are more renowned than the inductees, and it gives a clue to who we will be seeing in the all-star jam sessions that provide the other main reason for tuning-in.
According to Rolling Stone, this year’s lineup will be stacked, featuring the following:
– Elton John inducting Leon Russell
– Neil Young inducting Tom Waits
– Rob Zombie inducting Alice Cooper
– Paul Simon inducting Neil Diamond
– John Legend inducting Dr. John
– John Densmore inducting Jac Holzman
– Lloyd Price inducting Art Rupe
– Bette Midler inducting Darlene Love
