“Gangsta,” one of the many highlights from tUnE-yArDs’ newest album WHOKILL, is seeing release on 12″ single on September 27th, and as is now customary the song will get the remix treatment on the release. The single will feature a remix from Cut Chemist, but the high-profile one comes from Beastie Boys’ Adrock. 4AD are giving away the song as a download and it is impessively different from the original, incorporating old school drumbeats and wiggling electronics while maintaining Garbus’ full-throated vocals.
