The Mountain Goats are continuing to travel the nation in support of the excellent All Eternals Deck and have shared another MP3 from this effort. “High Hawk Season” reinvents the folky band as a barbershop quartet, with John Darnielle delivering another classic line in a career of classic lines: “We are young supernovas and the heat’s about to break.” It might be the best song of the year.
