Like John Darnielle before him, Ted Leo has recorded a union-supporting track in solidarity with the Wisconsin situation that is seeing collective bargaining stripped from the people of the state. Whatever side of the issue you fall on, we can all agree that this is re-sparking the folk tradition of protest songs.
The track, a cover of the Mermaid Avenue cut, was performed both acoustically and electrically and below we have the electric MP3 and the acoustic video. Enjoy.
