As we come towards the end of a year that has been dominated by Odd Future-centric stories, it’s tempting to let out a sigh or a “meh” at the idea of a new Hodgy Beats song called “Crap.” The song is, however, pretty great. Going back to simplistic beats and less aggressive rhymes, Hodgy has made a song that is worth a few plays at least, especially since he’s giving it away free. The song features his MellowHype partner Left Brain, but is not credited as a MellowHype song. I would guess this is because Left Brain raps here rather than produces. Check out “Crap” below.
