I’m going to go out on a limb and say that most of you have probably heard Jay-Z and Kanye West’s Watch The Throne by now (if not, stream it here). If so, you will have heard Frank Ocean killing it on two of the album’s best tracks, “No Chruch in the Wild” and “Made in America.” Jay and Ye, regardless of wether they’re on the top of their game rapping-wise, pretty much always have the finest selection of collaborators on their albums, and here they’ve picked a certain rising star and have given him a deserved leg up. Not that Ocean necessarily needed it, as he has, with all of his released material so far, proven to be more than capable of producing his own catchy and affecting RnB.
Newly surfaced track “Best Seller” continues to affirm this belief, with Ocean talking about how big he’d love to beceome, but reality keeps him in check. Stream or download the track below, which is unfortunately tagged, but hopefully a clean version will appear soon.
