El Guincho‘s been a busy man this summer, releasing various EPs and readying his sophomore album for it’s fall release. His newest track, “Bombay,” belongs to the latter of the two projects;
Pop Negro is the name of the forthcoming LP, but “Bombay” is anything but dark. Although his
Piratas de Sudamerica Vol. 1 EP took a turn for the more sinister and haunting melodies, “Bombay” picks up right where the spectacular
Antillas left off. The breezy steel drums, the looping claps, his echoing vocals rhythms all combining to make a track worthy of any summer playlist. El Guincho is most certainly back, proving once again that he is king of the sumer jams.
