This new jam comes courtesy of Ducktails, via Real Estate. “Art Vandelay” has been a mainstay of Real Estate’s lives shows for a few months now, adding to an already impressive catalogue. But lead singer Matt Mondanile, aka Ducktails, has reworked the track for the B-Side of his upcoming Hamilton Road 7″ on Olde English Spelling Bee (Pre-Order). Although very similar to the Real Estate version, Mondanile has transformed “Art Vandelay” into an echoing jam worthy of your attention.
