Cymbals Eat Guitars’ second album Lenses Alien is now less than a month away from release since the guys decided to bring the release date forward to August 30th. You’ll be especially glad that they did once you’ve heard “Definite Darkness,” which exemplifies Cymbals’ adept grasp of the fluid quiet-loud dynamic, as well as Joe D’Agostino’s lyrics, and there are even some nice harmonic backing vocals in there.
Couple this with the already-heard “Rifle Eyesight (Proper Name)” and you must be getting pretty excited for Lenses Alien by now.
