Greek-by-way-of-Wales singer Marina Diamandis has taken to her blog to reveal some early details on her sophomore LP. Diamandis made waves last year with the release of her bebut album as Maria and the Diamonds called The Family Jewels and touring with Katy Perry.
The follow up to The Family Jewels will be entitled Electra Heart and, though it doesn’t have a release date yet, we do have our first taste of it. The first half of the song “Fear and Loathing” has been uploaded, along with a video. Even though the song has a video, it is apparently just an album track – and considering its quality, it is a great sign of what’s to come on the album.
