M.I.A. has just released album cover to her third, upcoming album / \/\ /\ Y /\. The artwork represents her struggle to break through the barriers of online censorship, illustrated by her face imprisoned by the countless YouTube players. The cover closely resembles the image that was released when the album’s release date was publicized. The only change that was made from the original image is that M.I.A’s dark eyes are looking through the sea of players.
/ \/\ /\ Y /\ is due out on July 13th.
