The Lonely Island are releasing their new album Turtleneck and Chain on May 10th, and it features an all-star list of guest appearances. They don’t really come much bigger than Justin Timberlake though, so “Motherlover” must be one of the most anticipated songs from an album that is unlikely to be listened to as a whole album in one go. The song revolves around the two protagonists having forgotten to buy their mothers presents for Mother’s Day and coming up with a simple solution. The song’s worth listening to for its humorous exchanges (“every Mother’s Day needs a Mother’s Night”) in the verses before getting pretty explicit in the chorus.

The full album comprises 19 tracks of similar humorous crudeness helped by the likes of Santigold, Akon, Beck, Michael Bolton and Snoop dogg. Universal Republic are releasing it on May 10th.
