The studio version of “Invisible Riverside” recently surfaced on the net (hear it here), but considering the quality of that song, and all the others from his upcoming album Ashes & Fire that we’ve heard so far, we’re more than happy to lap up an acoustic version. This intimate recording emphasises the vocals and lyrics, and for me shows how similar it is to the Love Is Hell cut “My Blue Manhattan” (which is fine, since that’s one of his best songs).
